In my role, I oversee the day-to-day operations of two group captive insurance programs, working closely with captive members, brokers, underwriters, actuaries, and other service providers to support program performance and long-term growth. My responsibilities include managing renewals, evaluating new business opportunities, analyzing underwriting and financial results, and developing strategies to improve member retention and overall program performance.
