Since that time, she has been an award-winning professor in the college’s Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. She is the co-editor of the book Organizational Fit: Key Issues and New Directions, and has published more than 25 articles in academic journals as well as several book chapters. As dean, she puts into practice her research on person-environment fit by hiring faculty and staff who fit the Tippie culture of authenticity, excellence, and community.
Under her leadership, enrollment in the college has grown by more than 20%, and Tippie programs now consistently rank in the top 25 public U.S. business schools. Her vision of the Tippie College, being both premier and accessible, hinges on worldclass faculty educating next generation business leaders in ways that are affordable, flexible, and industry relevant.

Professionally, she served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology and of the Journal of Business and Psychology. She is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association.
