Garrett Viggers is a renaissance insurtech entrepreneur, songwriter, and storyteller with more than two decades in the employee benefits industry. He is Founder & CEO of Navwise, a health benefits intelligence platform, and Co-Founder & CEO of Zoë Foundry, a venture studio with a $5M fund that builds and backs AI-driven employee benefits companies. Navwise was the first portfolio company Zoë Foundry launched.

In 2014, Garrett co-founded Limelight Health as Chief Product Officer. The San Francisco insurtech grew to over 100 employees and $12M in annual revenue before FINEOS acquired it in 2020 for $75M.

AI can learn from everything that's already been created. Garrett believes humans are called to be creators, imagining and inventing what doesn't yet exist. He brings that belief to every stage, along with stories, music, and lessons learned the hard way as an insurtech founder driving benefits distribution strategy and underwriting innovation. He holds a Master's in Spiritual Formation from St. Stephen's University in New Brunswick, Canada. When he's not building companies, you'll find him writing and releasing original music, snowboarding in the backcountry, surfing, or on Sprinter van adventures with his wife. He is a proud father of three young adults.
