Jennifer is the Assistant Director of Careers & Employer Events for the Tippie College of Business Undergraduate Career Services. With 20+ years of experience in college career services at seven universities throughout the country, Jen has guided thousands of students from the “I have no idea what I’m doing” stage to confidently launching jobs/careers that align with their strengths, values, and aspirations.



Most recently, Jen enjoyed almost a decade of career coaching at Wake Forest University in North Carolina serving both in the School of Business and the Office of Personal and Career Development. There she counseled hundreds of students each year, designed creative career programs, and built strong connections with employers, students, and colleagues. She’s known for her approachable, student-centered style—and her top five CliftonStrengths include: Individualization, Responsibility, Woo, Positivity, and Activator. Whether she’s helping students recognize their unique talents, hosting a career event, building authentic relationships, sparking enthusiasm, or turning ideas into action, Jen brings energy and optimism to every interaction, making career development both impactful and enjoyable.
