Patrick has worked in Tech Staffing and Consulting space for over 20 years. He began his career as a senior sales consultant, moved on to become Managing Director, and now serves as Senior Vice President at Oliver James, which specializes in full cycle staffing and consulting solutions, within the Insurance space specifically. He oversees their Technology practice.

Patrick graduated from the University of Iowa in 2002, and returned for his MBA which he received in 2024. He stays heavily involved in the Tippie community and currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
